Voors contacted me via email and actually listened to my feedback regarding my concerns about the Tough Cover quality. We reached an equitable compromise as they found a factory cover which will fit my unit (for which I will pay the difference in price), and arranged for the return of the Tough Cover.
This is a company with integrity and can-do attitude. They covered me when I owned a DQ and had freezers go down and now they are covering me when my furnaces quit in my rentals. Well done Bob Voors!
Have had opportunity to use for years. Great people, great service
So happy to know that there are still companies out there who are concerned with (and listen to) customer feedback. As a result, I am updating my star review from 2 (which had to do with Tough Cover quality) to 5... primarily due to the customer service received.

I've created a more durable, custom cover for my patio furniture, and my barbecue grill, utilizing a brown extra heavy duty tarp with Gorilla brand heavy duty duct tape for under $25.00, and they have held up through multiple, harsh Wisconsin winters and numerous nesting critters.
.
As I don't want to make it even shorter than its current length, I'll have to look into finishing the bottom edge and reinforcing the seams myself.
Please take this advice in the spirit in which it is provided, and consider improving the areas of the cover I mentioned. I will honestly be surprised if this cover makes it through one Wisconsin winter intact.
These are simple things which add little time to construction and cost, yet undone, leave the product vulnerable to inadvertent damage (and an easy source for nesting rodents to obtain materials from the raw edge).
I spent many years as a seamstress, and was disappointed to see that critical stress areas are not reinforced, nor is the bottom edge even finished... which is a critical area to prevent seams from separating or the bottom from tearing (or curling).
My furnace broke down two days before Christmas. I figured that I had little or no chance of someone coming to the house until after Christmas. I called Voors, talked to a lady named Barb who was most helpful and they sent a quailified heating technician, I think his name was Jere out to the house. He knew almost immediately what was wrong with my furnace and had my furnace up and running in no time. The amount of money I paid for this service was very very reasonable. I highly recommend Voors to anyone, who needs their furnace serviced or repaired.
I'm sorry to see that such simple things like reinforcing stress points or finishing edges were not even a consideration in my "custom" cover.

My original review (2 stars) dated 10/4/2016
I typically do not send these types of comments, but I think there is a HUGE opportunity for you to improve your Tough Cover (as apparently my new Trane unit does not have a Factory Approved Cover available according to your listing).
I received my custom Tough Cover today and have to admit that, for the price, I am a little disappointed in the quality of construction. I attempted to contact you via your website, but your "Contact Us" link errors out with a "Sorry, Invalid Login" message.
